Herb Walk through the Seasons with Jane Bothwell & Christa Rose Unger
Enjoy the Splendor of Wild Plants throughout Humboldt County in Spring, Summer & Fall.

Get to know and enjoy local Humboldt plant life across Spring, Summer & Fall in this trio of three 4-hour walks. In Spring, we’ll enjoy the wildflowers and freshly growing plants & herbs of Eastern Humboldt. Explore wild edibles and medicinal plants!  Redwood Creek Trail will show us its full glory in Summer, and in the Fall, we will explore the wonder of Fern Canyon.

DHC uses VENMO as well as Paypal for all classes/walks!

IND HERB WALK


We are looking to have a committed small group of 10 – 12 people for this series to maintain proper safety standards so reserve your space now!

*Participants will need to bring their own water and lunch.   

*We request  that participants meet at the trailhead at 10:45 am in order for our herb walk will  start on time.

*We also encourage everyone to dress for all weather and have a plant ID and a magnifying device to enhance their herb walk experience.
