Cancellation Policies

Dandelion Herbal Center Tuition Cancellation Policies

  1. Beginning with Herbs/Intermediate Herbology: A $25 processing fee will be taken out of the $100 deposit for the class and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Tuition will be refunded in full (minus $25 processing fee) up to 1 month before the start date of the class, after which time it becomes non-refundable but may be applied the next time the course is offered.
  2. 10-Month Herbal Studies: A full refund minus the $200.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be given up to December 31.  Commitment in registering for this class is for the full 10 months.  If difficulties arise and you need to drop out, you are still financially responsible for the full tuition.  You may apply your tuition to the next time the class is offered.
  3. Travel Adventures (may exclude some Plant Lover’s Journeys): The full deposit for the trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations up to 2 months prior to the trip will receive a full refund (minus non-refundable deposit).
  4. Festival of Herbs: A full refund minus the $200.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be given up to 1 month prior to the class start date.
  5. General: Commitment in registering for a class is for the full duration of the program. If difficulties arise and you need to drop out, you are still financially responsible for the full tuition though you are more than welcome to make arrangements for someone to take your place.
